Since its inception in 1997, the fundamental purpose of the Partnership for Children of Cumberland County (PFC) Contract Unit has been to assist community agencies in complying with procurement procedures and achieving their programmatic mission, while also assisting them in improving their contract management practices and providing technical assistance, particularly in the area of business integrity assessment.
