Help Desk Services and Support

IT provides technical services to direct service providers and other non-profit organizations. Provided on-site are maintenance, Internet support, e-mail and other preventative maintenance measures. The IT Help Desk is available via phone or e-mail to assist you with any problems you encounter with your computer system. Knowledgeable and friendly staff will assist you in correcting your problem over the phone or will escalate your issue to a qualified technician. The IT Help Desk offers you the convenience of receiving immediate service during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
