(SS.17.) Number of direct teaching staff who enroll in for-credit course. Number of direct teaching staff who earn at least 3-semester credits in early childhood or early childhood-related courses with a 2.0 grade point.  
(SS.17b.) Number of child care facilities who employ at least one direct teaching staff who earns at least 3-semester credits with a 2.0 grade point. Number of child care facilities who employ at least one direct teaching staff who earns at least 3-semester credits with a 2.0 grade point.  
(SS.17c.) Number of children enrolled in child care facilities who employ at least one direct teaching staff who earns at least 3-semester credits with a 2.0 grade point.
